Ranabaali Day 2 Box Office: Decent Hold With ₹10 Cr, One-Third Recovered in 2 Days

Vijay Deverakonda’s Ranabaali has held decently at the box office on its second day. The film is estimated to have collected ₹10 Cr gross worldwide on Day 2, a fair number given the tough competition it faces.

Ranabaali 2 Days Box Office

  • Day 1: ₹15.65 Cr
  • Day 2: ₹10 Cr (estimate)
  • Total: ₹25.65 Cr gross worldwide

Holding On Despite Jailer 2

The drop from Day 1 is about 36%. That’s not bad for a film that opened with mixed talk and is running alongside Jailer 2, which is taking most of the screens and audiences right now.

For a film that came in with low buzz, holding on to ₹10 Cr on the second day is a relief for the team.

One-Third of the Target Covered

Ranabaali needs ₹75 Cr gross worldwide to break even. With ₹25.65 Cr in two days, the film has already recovered about one-third of its target.

That’s a decent position to be in after just two days. But the remaining two-thirds will be the harder part.

Dasara Will Decide It

Everything now depends on the Dasara festival week. Holidays bring families to theatres, and that gives Ranabaali a real chance to keep its collections going.

If the film carries this momentum through Dasara, it can move much closer to its break-even mark. A sharp drop after the weekend, though, would make the target very hard to reach.

Sunday Is the Next Test

Sunday’s number will give a clear idea of where the film is heading. A good jump on Sunday would show that word of mouth is helping the film, and set it up nicely for the festival days.
